Sample File
Use this field to specify the text file containing information about the samples in the genotype files.
This file must satisfy the following requirements:
| • | It is space-delimited. |
| • | Column names are found in the first row. |
| • | Data begins on the third row, with rows of samples ordered the same as the columns of samples in the genotype file(s). |

To Specify Sample File:
| 8 | Specify a Folder of Input Files. |
The Available Files field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.
| 8 | Left-click on the desired file. |
| 8 | Click  to add the selected file to the Sample File field, as shown below: |
