Transformation Method
Select the method for transforming the data.
Choices might include:
| • | None: no transformation. |
| • | log2: logarithm base 2 transformation is applied. |
| • | Shifted log2: the response is shifted by a constant amount before applying logarithm base 2 transformation. The constant is specified in the Shifting Factor parameter. |
