Marker Type

The Marker Type field specifies the variable listing the cross-type1Wu et al. 2002. Simultaneous Maximum Likelihood Estimation of Linkage and Linkage Phases in Outcrossing Species. Theor Popul Biol 61:349--363. of each marker. as described in the paper.

To Specify the Marker Label Variable:
