Type of File Conversion

Use this feature to specify the type of conversion and import to be done.

Conversion options are described below:

Choose:	To:
From OneMap Input File To SAS Data Sets	Import data from OneMap input file (*.txt), and generate two SAS Data Sets, one with genotypes and traits (if any) and other with names and cross-types of markers
From SAS Data Sets to OneMap Input File	Import data from two SAS Data Sets (one with genotypes and traits, and other with names and cross-types of markers, and generate a text file in the format read by OneMap.

Note: The OneMap function read.outcross reads non-delimited genotypes data, as described by Wu et al. 20021Wu et al. 2002.
