Barcode File to Import

Use this feature to specify the text file listing the identifiers (or bar codes) for each of the cells in the analysis.

To Specify the Barcode File to Import:

Specify the Folder of Feature-Barcode Matrices.

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a single file from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected file to the Barcode File to Import field, as shown below:
