Binary Trait Variable
Use this field to specify the binary trait variable to be tested.
Note: If you are testing for differential missing genotype proportions at the marker variables, all variables specified must have the same two nonmissing values; that is A and B, or 1 and 2, and so on.
Tip: Leave this field blank to skip the Missing Genotype by Trait Summary and Case-Control Association processes.
To Specify a Binary Trait Variable:

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
8 | Highlight the variable listing values for the binary trait. |
