Compress the K matrix

Check this box to run the K Matrix Compression process with the Optimized clustering algorithm (Zhang et al., 2010) to produce a smaller-dimension K matrix to be used in the Q-K mixed model.

Caution: This option should not be checked if multiple trait variables are specified using the List-Style Specification of Trait Variables field.
