Minor allele frequency at Marker Locus

Use this text box to specify the frequency of the minor alleleat the Marker locus. The value entered must be between 0.0 and 1.0. A frequency of 0.05 is specified by default.

Note: This parameter is not available unless the Marker locus is disease locus box is unchecked (if available).
