SNP ID Variable

Use this field to specify the variable containing a SNP identifier, for example the RS ID.

The Input SAS Data Set should be sorted by this variable. If an Annotation SAS Data Set is specified, this variable must contain the same SNP identifiers as the variable specified in the Annotation Location Variable field.

Each row should contain one SNP ID.

Caution: Multiple SNP IDs per row results in broken generated web links.

To Specify the SNP Variables:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables listing the SNP identifiers.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the SNP ID Variable field, as shown below:
