Track Settings Files
Use this field to specify the track setings files for your gene of interest.
A track settings (.sas) file defines a display track for a set of genes to be added to JMP Genomics statistical results like plots of -log10(p-values) along chromosomes. Settings files are generated from text files downloaded from sources like the Table Browser of the UCSC Genome Browser using one of the Track Creation processes under the Genome Views menu. A settings file can then be selected as a track file for embellishing graphics with depictions of genes.

To Specify One or More Track Settings Files:

All of the files in the folder are displayed in the Available Files field.

| 8 | Left-click a single file, or hold down while left-clicking multiple files, from the Available Files field. |
