Allele Characters for A (P1 line) and B (P2 line)

Enter the characters representing marker allele A (allele from P1) and B (allele from P2), separated by a space. This option applies when the Format of Marker Variables is Genotypes, Nondelimited Genotypes, or Single-Character Homozygous Genotypes.

To Specify Allele Characters for Marker Alleles A and B:
