Plot weights for predictor variables

Check this option to plot the PLS weights (column scores) corresponding to the predictor variables. Note that this option is specified by default.

These weights can be helpful in determining which predictors are most influential or important. In addition, the direction of their influence can be compared with directions in plots of row scores.

Caution: If you have thousands of predictor variables, this plot can be dense and slow to display.
