Chromosome Label
Use this field to specify the numerical variable identifying chromosome label markers. If no chromosome label variable is specified, one is generated in the output of this process.
To Specify a Chromosome Label Variable:
| 8 | Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variable whose values indicate how chromosomes are to be labeled in the output. |
