Marker Variables
The Marker Variables field specifies the variables listing the marker alleles (two variables) or genotypes (one variable).
To Specify One or More Marker Variables:
| 8 | Specify the Input SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variables listing the alleles or genotypes. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down while left-clicking. In this example, alleles are listed in variables ma1 through ma120. |
