Pedigree Relationship Matrix Variables

Use this option to specify the variables containing columns of the pedigree relationship matrix, which is a matrix containing pedigree kinship coefficients computed, for example, using the Kinship Matrix process. This matrix is used as a random effect in the model. This matrix should contain the same number of variables as observations in the input data set.

To Specify One or More Pedigree Relationship Matrix Variables:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Pedigree Relationship Matrix Variables field.
