Running this process for the AffyAnno sample setting generates the Results window shown below. Refer to the Affymetrix Annotation CSV File Input Engine process description for more information.

This process generates the following data sets:

Annotation data set: One output SAS data set is generated for each input .csv file. In the example shown here, two data sets were generated. These data sets can be used as Annotation Data Sets by JMP Genomics processes. Click Open to view the data set.

Click Reopen Dialog to reopen the completed process dialog used to generate this output.

Click Close All to close all graphics windows and underlying data sets associated with the output.
