Running this process for the gse18905_2mus_chry_data_gms sample setting generates the Results window shown below. Refer to the Gene Model Summary process description for more information.

Output Data

This process generates the following data sets:

Output Summary Data Set: This data set lists position-level intensity data (for example, output from the SAM Input Engine) and summarizes it into exon and intron bins as defined by an isoform definition file in UCSC format. The mean of all intensities within a bin is computed as the output value for that bin.

Note: You can view the data in a file or data set by clicking either Open or View Subset (when the data set is very large).
