Hierarchical Clustering: displays a clustered Heat Map and Dendrogram of the distance matrix.

Study this heat map to observed patterns in the distance matrix. The matrix is symmetric and values along the main diagonal are zero. Rows/columns with similar distance patterns are clustered together.
