Annotation Column Name Variable

Use this field to indicate the annotation variable containing the column names of the input data set.

This column used with the one specified in the Annotation Label Variable to indicate what columns are associated with what marker.

Note: This must be a character variable.

To Specify the Annotation Column Name Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable that whose values are used to group the results.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation By Group Variable field.
