Macros Available for JMP Genomics Processes

This chapter documents the specialized macros that are provided with JMP Genomics. These macros are used extensively in the process code. The code is stored in the MacroLib folder in your JMP installation folder. You can edit files from this directory, but be very cautious when doing so because modification can cause problems for the existing processes that invoke the macros. A safer strategy is to save your updated or new macros in a separate file and %include this new file along with the JMP Genomics-supplied macros. The following macro files are included with JMP Genomics.
