List Description File

Specify the full path and filename of a file containing the names of files containing ID lists to be compared with the Significance Input SAS Data Set .

The specified file must meet the following requirements:

•	The table in the specified file must have two columns with first-row column headings Name and File .

•	The Name column provides names that are to appear in the output file.

•	The File column contains the filenames with extensions of the files containing the list data.

•	Each row of the table references a different list.

•	The file must be comma -separated, text, or Excel, with corresponding extensions being one of the following: .csv , .txt , or .xls .

Fisher exact tests are computed for each list (referenced by each row in the table) found in the specified file.
