Output Data Set

Name the output data set to contain the scored data or results.

The default name is the Input SAS Data Set or Significance Input SAS Data Set name (depending on the process; trimmed if necessary to be no longer than 28 characters) with the following process-specific suffix:

Gene Set Scoring	_gsc
List Enrichment	_len
Ingenuity Get Gene Pathways	_igp
Merge Gene Sets	_msd

To Specify an Output Data Set Name:

Type the name into the Output Data Set text field.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .
