Variable Containing IDs

Select a variable containing gene identifiers.

Note the following process-specific information:

Process	Note
Get Gene Pathways	This variable must contain identifiers compatible with the organism specified in the Organism-specific code field.
Color Pathways	This variable must contain identifiers compatible with the elements in the pathways specified in the Parse associated gene column field. Rows with missing identifiers are not colored.

To Select a Variable Containing Gene Identifiers:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Variable Containing IDs field.
