Use the drop-down menu to select the method used to compute the
bandwidth
for density smoothing.
Methods include: the Sheather-Jones Plug In (
SJPI
), the Simple Normal Reference (
SNR
), the Silverman Rule of Thumb (
SROT
), and the Oversmoothed method (
OS
).
Note
: Selecting
SJPI
can provide more refined results than the other methods, but this method is more computationally intensive.
