Chromosome Variable

Use this field to identify one variable identifying specific chromosome information.

To Specify a Chromosome Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable containing the chromosome information.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Chromosome Variable field, as shown below:
