Coordinate Merge Variables

Use this field to specify the variables to be used for merging the Input SAS Data Set and the Coordinate Data Set .

Standard names are used by different commercial array manufacturers to designate this variable. Companies and the names typically used include: Affymetrix - Unit (or AffyID) Probe , Agilent - FeatureNum , GenePix - ID , QuantArray - Number , and ScanAnalyze - Spot .

To Specify One or More Coordinate Merge Variables:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables whose values are to be used to merge the input and the coordinate data.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Coordinate Merge Variables field, as shown below:
