Hyb Protocol

Use this field to specify the variable listing protocols used for hybridization of the labeled extracts to filters as well as any post-hybridization processing.

To Specify the Hyb Protocol Variable:

Specify the Experimental Design SAS Data Set (EDDS).

All of the variables in the EDDS are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Hyb Protocol field.
