ID Variable

Use this field to specify a variable whose values are used to identify each locus or SNP , or to label points in the different plots produced in this process.

To Specify an ID Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight a variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the ID Variable field, as shown below:
