MMEI Output Data Set Name

Use this text box to specify a name for the output data set containing a Mixed Model Expression Index (MMEI).

The MMEI is computed by averaging predicted values from the linear model fits. For example, MMEI can be used as a gene-level summarization index for Affymetrix GeneChip probe level data.

This data will be created only if this field is not empty .

To Specify the Generation and Name of the Mixed Model Expression Index Output Data Set:
