Platform

Use this field to specify the variable listing the device, chip ID, and so on, upon which the hybridization was performed.

To Specify the Platform Variable:

Specify the Experimental Design SAS Data Set (EDDS).

All of the variables in the EDDS are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Platform field.
