RNA Matching Variables

Use this field to specify the variables in Experimental Design SAS Data Set of RNA Intensity used to align the DNA and RNA arrays.

To Specify One or More RNA Matching Variables:

Specify the Experimental Design SAS Data Set of RNA Intensity .

All of the variables in the EDDS are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the RNA Matching Variables field, as shown below:
