Sub-Feature Variable

Use this field to specify the variable that distinguishes those sub-features that make up features specified in the Feature Variable field. For example, sub-feature variables might include individual probes or exons .

To Specify the Sub-Feature Variable:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the sub-features.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Sub-Feature Variable field, as shown below:
