z -Coordinate Variables

Use this field to specify the variable whose values specify the z -axis coordinates for all of the spots on the microarray .

To Specify the Z -Coordinate Variables:

Specify the Input z Data Set .

All of the variables in the data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables listing the z -axis coordinates of the spots on the array.

Click to add the highlighted variables to the Z-Coordinate Variables field, as shown below:
