Affected Offspring Variables

Use this field to specify the variables containing numerically coded genotype s of offspring.

These individuals are included in the IBS sharing calculations.

To Specify the Affected Offspring Variables:

Specify a Folder of Input SAS Data Sets .

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables that lists the numeric genotypes for the affected offspring.

Note : Each variable specified here corresponds to one individual. Each row in the variables corresponds to an individual locus .

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Affected Offspring Variables field, as shown below:
