Annotation Location Variable

The Annotation Location Variable is a numeric variable that contains the chromosomal locations of the markers. This variable is plotted along the x -axis of the p-value plots.

To Specify the Annotation Location Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable that specifies chromosomal location of the markers.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation Location Variable field.
