Censor Limit (-log 10 scale)

Use the field/slider to specify a value above which -log 10 ( p-values ) are to be censored.

This value helps maintain y -axis resolution in plots for which some of the p -values are highly significant ( -log 10 ( p ) = 300, for example).

To Specify a Censor Limit:

Either type the desired value into the text field, or move the slider to the right or to the left to change the value.

Tip : To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK .
