Conversion for F Statistics p -Values

Use this parameter to specify the conversion of the p-values of the F _ST statistic. This conversion is done in order to be able to easily identify peaks representing significant p -values.

Note : This option is available only when the Calculate p-values for F statistics box is checked.

Conversion options are listed in the table below:

Options:	Description:
NegLog	Plots the log e transformed p -values.
NegLog10	Plots the log 10 transformed p -values.
(blank space)	Plots the untransformed p -values.

To Specify How the P -values Are to Be Converted:

Make sure that the Calculate p-values for F statistics box is checked.

Make a selection using the drop-down menu.
