Use this field to specify a maximum acceptable lower confidence level for D’ . Only those pairs of SNPs with a lower confidence level exceeding the value specified here can be considered to have "strong LD". Decreasing this value makes the criteria for an LD block less stringent.

Note : The outermost marker pair of an LD block must be in strong LD.
