Kinship Matrix Diagonal

Use this feature to specify which coefficients to include on the diagonal of the kinship matrix, where you are looking at the coefficient of an individual with himself or herself.

Select:	When you want:
Inbreeding Coefficient	To calculate individuals’ inbreeding coefficient ( kinship coefficients of individual's parents) on the diagonal of the kinship matrix.
Kinship of Individual with Self	To calculate the kinship or coancestry of an individual with itself on the diagonal.

To Specify the Coefficients:

Specify Kinship as the Type of Coefficients to Calculate .

Note : This parameter is available only when Kinship is selected as the Type of Coefficients to Calculate .

Select the desired coefficient by clicking within the appropriate radio button.
