Input SAS Data Set

The values of this variable must exactly match the names of the
marker variables
if a
genotype
format is used. The order of the marker variables in the
Input SAS Data Set
must match the order of the rows in the
Annotation SAS Data Set
; if not, the
Subset and Reorder Genetic Data
process must be run before proceeding with this process.
