Minor Allele Frequency Threshold

Use this parameter to specify a minimum frequency that less frequently occurring alleles at a SNP must surpass before that SNP can be included in the binning process. SNPs whose minor alleles fail to meet this threshold are excluded from tag bins .

Note : The maximum threshold for the minor allele cannot exceed 0.5 .
