Number of Permutations to Perform

Select the number of Monte Carlo permutations to use to estimate exact p-values for asymptotic tests. Traits and effects are permuted together. When set to 0 , asymptotic p -values are reported.

Warning : Permutations should not be used on GWAS . You should only run this process using permutations on a select number of SNPs .

Note : This option is disabled when any By Variables are specified.
