Tests

Use this feature to specify one or more case-control test(s) for which to compute power / sample size . All three tests are specified, by default.

Test	Definition
Allele	Pearson chi-square test based on allele counts.
Trend	The Armitage trend test, which tests for additive allelic effects.
Genotype	Pearson chi -square test based on genotype counts.

To Specify One or More Tests:

Left-click on the desired test.

Press and hold Ctrl to select more than one test.
