Type of Coefficients to Calculate

Use this feature to specify the type of coefficients that you wish to calculate.

Select:	When you want:
Covariance	To compute the covariance coefficients between pairs of individuals from the same pedigree .
Kinship	To calculate the coancestry coefficient.

Note : The values of the covariance coefficients are twice (2x) that of the kinship (or coancestry) coefficients .

To Specify the Coefficients:

Select the desired coefficient by clicking within the appropriate radio button.
