Use this field to specify the additional
variables
to be added to all of the output
linkage
map data sets. These variables are in addition to the
Label Variable
, the
Linkage Group Variable
, an order variable, and a variable containing computed genetic marker distances, which are kept by default.
Caution
: Keeping
all
of the variables can result in large output data sets when the input data set contains a large number of columns and/or columns with large lengths.
All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the
Available Variables
field.

Highlight one or more variables. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down
while left-clicking on them.

to add the highlighted variable to the
Variables to Keep in Linkage Map Data Set
field, as shown below:
