Significance Level for Entry into the MIM Model

Use this text box to specify a p-value cutoff for entry of QTLs into the model .

This value is used solely in the search for two-way interaction effects between QTLs.

Note : This option is available only when ProbF has been selected as the Selection Criterion for QTL Main Effect Search and Drop and/or Selection Criterion for Two-way QTL Interaction Search and Drop .

To Specify the Significance Level:

Make sure that ProbF has been selected as the selection criterion.

Enter the desired significance level in the text box.
