Include framework markers in the K -Means clustering analysis

Check this option to include framework markers in the K-Means clustering analysis.

By default, framework markers specified in the Framework Linkage Group Variable field on either the Annotation or Framework Map tabs are not included in the k -means clustering analysis to filter representative markers. By default, any framework marker is assumed to be a representative marker and is output among representative markers from the k -means clustering analysis of non-framework markers.

Note : When this option is checked, the Framework Linkage Group Variable is used as a variable in the BY statement of the SAS/STAT PROC FASTCLUS procedure, and clustering analysis is carried out within each level of this variable .

To Specify This Option:

Make sure that a Framework Linkage Group Variable has been specified.

Click within the check box.
