Gene or LocusLink ID Variable

Indicate the variable containing Gene or LocusLink ID. It is used to make the web link to Entrez Gene data base.

Each row should contain one Gene or LocusLink ID.

Caution : Multiple Gene or LocusLink IDs per row results in broken generated web links.

To Specify a Gene or LocusLink ID Variable:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set .

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Gene or LocusLink ID Variable field.
