Strand

Select a variable with values + or - indicating strandedness.

To Specify the Strand Variable:

Specify a Text Data Set or Text File (depending on the version).

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Strand field.
