Choose a folder containing files listed in the File column
Specify the folder whose files are to be checked for agreement with the File column.
To Select a Folder:

Click the Choose button.
A Browse for Files or Folders window appears.

Navigate through the directory tree, left-clicking folders until the desired folder has been selected.

Click OK .
The name of the selected folder now appears in the Choose a Folder Containing Files Listed in the File Column field.
